Q. Can I return my order? What are the conditions?

Yes, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original condition

• With all original tags and packaging intact

Please note, we cannot accept returns for products damaged due to misuse, items marked as non-returnable, or products returned without original packaging.

Q. How do I request a return and when will I receive my refund?

To initiate a return, simply contact us with your order details, and our team will guide you through the process.

Once the product is received and approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered by us.
